Owning land is too expensive I can't afford it!!!

>owning land is too expensive I can't afford it!!!
>i'll just rent from Schlomo Goldbergstein until I'm 60 and he raises my rent and I can't afford it and am forced out onto the streets after a lifetime of paying rent to him like a good goy
You have no excuse. 40 acres of land, $1k an acre. Why aren't you buying land RIGHT FUCKING NOW?! God only made so much and it's not going to get any cheaper.
>but I can't afford it!
>but it's in the middle of nowhere!
>but there's no internet connection there!
>but but but
Not an argument.

Land is useful if you can grow things on it. New Mexico scrubland is simply not very fertile.

I live about 2hrs from there in SE AZ. 4.8 acres. I'm growing sorghum, Amaranth, garlic and have a few apple trees that the previous owners put in. Also chickens and rabbits and 2 sheep. Internet from starlink and a modern manufacturered home (yes a double wide trailer). Will women look at this and think "there's a man I want to spend my time with..." most, definitely not. Am I happy, hell yes! Myself and my dogs have never been more fit, active and healthy. The pandemic is the best thing that ever happened to me. Got me out of the city and MADE me sharpen my mind and then my body (to work all the projects I'm doing). If you can, and have the dedication to do it, go rural young man...

full time RV living on your land is illegal in like 99% of USA

why

sad, thx for the info.

this man is dangerously based and a threat to the system, godspeed rural bro.

$1000 an acre seems expensive for land with no Ag uses. You can find cheaper land out West, it'll just be more remote and inaccessible than this plot.

do you have a permit for your trailer to stand there, does anyone care?
Your livin my dream, i got a huge 5th wheel, dogs, outdoor guy, money but cant find land that is rural enough for my needs sadly...

Yeah - you're in the wide, unprotected open with water a mere 30 minutes away by vehicle. Lol and have fun with this plan.

>buying arid unfarmable land in skinwalker country
you're the biggest fucking moron on the site at the moment

Because it's absolutely useless land that's for recreational purposes. You can't do shit unless it's re-zoned, and all it takes is one fucker to shit up your day by "complaining" about you.

10 min west of me (Santa Cruz County AZ), you can't live in a trailer on the good grasslands, but can in the shithole cities (Nogales AZ and a few other shit holes). In my area, there is no specific prohibition and all of my "neighbors" are in trailers. Only prohibition in my title is against keeping hogs.

how's the groundwater situation OP

also this

Bullshit. Stop lying and demoralizing.

>akchooly it's only illegal in 77% of the US
>DEBOOOONKED

sounds amazing, thats the true american experience imho, very envy, would give my pinky for citizenship, green card without the right to bear arms seems dumb and vulnerable in an armed society.

If you're in McNeal, Arizona...I know you

Fuck New Mexico. Arm pit of USA.

>noooo there's no running water or TV or internet how will I survive out in the wild
god Any Forums is pathetic. You rail against cities and when someone shows you that you can have you're own plot of land hours away from anybody you shriek and cry. Have fun in your 1 bed apartment for only $3500/month

real threat, the millionaire politicians and CEOs are shitting themselves in fear
moron
