Ukraine has sent a response to Russian peace plan:
1. Withdrawal of Russian troops from all territories occupied by them after 02/24/22. 2. Legislative transfer of all gold reserves and seized assets of the Russian Federation and Russian citizens (anyone).The law on reparations must be adopted by the State Duma, the Federation Council and signed by the President. 3. Additional payment of €200 billion in reparations over 25 years in equal parts. 300 billion seized currency reserves will not be returned. 4. Free supplies of natural gas to Ukraine for 25 years. 5. Holding a referendum on the status of Crimea no later than 1.01.24 under the auspices of the US and EU. 6. Demilitarization of the entire European part of the Russian Federation with the withdrawal of all units and formations beyond the Urals. 7. Legislative reduction of the Russian army to 400 thousand people. 8. Admission of military observers to all military facilities of the Russian Federation, including closed research institutes and design bureaus. 9. Early elections of the State Duma with the full participation of international observers. 10. Extraordinary presidential elections with the full participation of the US. Within 12 months, with the full implementation of all points, the international community will begin the partial lifting of previously imposed sanctions. Immediately after the initialing of the agreement, the disconnection of banks from SWIFT, the ban on the sale of Russian coal, oil and LNG will be canceled, air traffic will be restored and the supply of vital medicines and airline components will be adjusted. Earlier, extreme points about "court-martialing" the Russian leadership were removed (at Blinken's insistence).
