The hardest blackpill for aus/pol/ to swallow is just how cucked tradies are. These days the typical tradie is a cokehead who blows all his money on drugs and strippers. He lives a wretched life reminiscing of his high school days where he "peaked" due to Grade 12 being the final time one is able to get away with not applying himself. If you take your eye off him for a single second you'll find his work standards have become 3rd world tier because he's too busy trying to knock off early and get his next high.
In the rare occasion some driven young man decides to become a tradie his spirit is quickly crushed by the hazing (read: bullying) culture that's rampant in the industry where the bitter journeymen harass and humiliate apprentices for no reason other than to feel like they have some kind of power in their lives.
But perhaps the worst aspect of the modern tradie is how pathetic and without principles he is. When the government said "You will enforce diversity quotas and hire women to hold a stop sign for $150/hr" the tradie rolled over. When the government said "You will take the experimental vax" the tradie rolled up his sleeve and asked for 3 jabs.
