Is this the best GUN I can get in Cuckstralia?

>Remington 7615
>Pump action .223 rifle
>10 round mag
>Closest thing we can get to an AR-15

Were not allowed "self-loading" rifles, handguns or mags with more than 10 rounds.

I figured this is my best option.

Or there is a .308 variant. Using for "target shooting"

get a shotgun if possible. but if you need a rifle, .308 is a beefier round so go for that. also /k/ might have better resources on best buys in your area.

I thought you guys could get semi auto handguns?

Id prefer a rifle

Living in this country i dont have much experience with guns but I can handle recoil.

Will the .308 be ok with follow up shots on target (recoil)?

Lmao. Yeah that loicence will take you around a year and you cant even keep it in your fucking house for the first year.

Also anytime a shooting happens within a certain radius, police can search your house without a warrant.

So nobody bothers with handguns.

not a bad option

SKS is one hell of a good rifle. It'll do the job just fine.

Remember user. The best rifle is the one you got. Don't overthink it.

if it shoots real ammunition then its enough

Get the .308 version. If you're gonna have a limited number of rounds in your mag then you may as well have the biggest round.

Troy pump action not available?
youtu.be/OYRRzus9wto
also comes in .308 and .300 blackout

There are modern charge tank airguns here that can bring a 50 cal lead ball to nearly half musket velocities, which is pretty impressive. But at that point, you'd have to run around with multiple spare CO2 tanks or have somewhere to refill it.

You don't have to worry about that at all since you have to pump each round.

this.
and shit like follow up speed and accuracy is a learned skill, just do drills at a range until you get it down, same with different distances. practice makes perfect.

I’d go for a lever action in .44 mag or maybe a Henry in a center fire cartridge if you Ausfags have those.

is .308 not good enough for you? lol

I could safely fire a Mosin-Nagant in 7.62x54r with reasonable accuracy when I was a ~50kg skinny-ass teenager. If you don't have noodle arms, keep most of your weight on your front foot, and keep the rifle pressed firmly into your shoulder, the recoil shouldn't be a major problem.

12gauge short shells chamber in a marine flare gun,

Obviously don't shoot a 12guage in a plastic handgun, but get one of those 12guage to .22 adapters. They're fun for plinking with my sxs, but you can also machine one down to chamber in a flare gun. Then voila, you have a non loicensed single shot handgun

/K/ here. The whole 7600 line are pretty great rifles for hunting/limited defensive applications. The .308 version is a great shooter and the recoil only becomes somewhat harsh when using heavy grain ammo. One downside to them is the stock design could be better. You might want to look into an aftermarket stock setup if you're a larger Emufag. I used to own two and enjoyed them shit out of them. Do you live in a more urban or rural area is the biggest factor to whether it's your best option for caliber and action and such.

These things are fun for a single shot or double barrel shotgun, but even more fun in a flare gun.

A longgun in .357 can shoot a variety of loads, is sufficiently capable of taking down medium game and the ammo is easy to find and reload.

I really need to save up the dough for Henry All-Weather in .357.

Get a traditional tube fed shotgun. Those magazine, pump action shotties are garbage.

Shot gun is a good choice based on your limitations. You can hunt with it and defend yourself with its ability to take different ammo. You’re going to want some game loads for hunting, and 00 Buck and slugs for defense. Slugs can also be used to take large game.

Loading it will be a bit cumbersome, so practice until it’s like a fluid motion to you. You can even experiment with breech loading to change from slugs to buckshot on the fly.

Get a light for target identification and a sling. You could go nuts and get an optic, but it’s not necessary for a shot gun.

Good luck user.

Added benefit too of not being that scary looking. Boomercore aesthetic might save your life.

Why not just get a rule compliant rifle designed for battle? Picrel

.308
Your first gun should be a rifle.

A .223 is not heavy enough for big game, therefore not adaquate as a primary weapon.

A shotgun is only advatagous for birds, flushed game, close quarters defence, and when libel for lack of backdrop.

A sidearm offeres a means until retrieving a rifle, and size convience, nothing more.

remember the homemade napalm rounds that /k/ommando made? shotguns are very versatile.

Are you sure that's going to be good enough against a group of wild abbos? Better keep a jerry can of petrol as bait before you go hunting.

Get a D license mate, semi-auto, lot of work though and the guns are worth a pretty penny. Working towards that now so I can start a lil business with the family, feral pest control. Shit ton of city cunts moving down to my area who are starting up farms and have a problem handling firearms themselves, lot of business for a pest control fella.

It's a good purchase I feel. I'm very happy with my rifle. It's about what people here pay for an AR or AK with all of the bells or whistles.

Do you own a .22 yet?

Attached: 20220910_191506.jpg (2343x2268, 2.41M)

75 grain .223 is plenty adequate for most game. People hunt deer and boar with it all the time.

Thanks, the 7600 line is very popular here
I live in a semi-rural area, plenty of land.

Getting for Home defense if im ever in a life threatening situation.

Based on comments im leaning towards the .308, yes ive heard the stock and trigger is shit and will definently get the "trigger fixer" and replace stock

Thoughts?

I got a .22 Henry's lever gat as my first rifle so it wouldn't spook my parents too much. It's one of my favourite guns to shoot, and can cycle .22 short so I can shoot it closer to urban areas without trouble from neighbour's

Not a Henry, but I have several .22's of various makes.

Pump action shotguns is only for shooting at saucers at 30 meters I believe, no sence to have a rifle with a pump.

.223 and .308 are both great rounds. How much is ammo there? Looks like a nice gun from the video I'm watching by an aussie.

I think a .22 should be the first rifle anyone owns. Cheap, accurate and plentiful ammo.

More hoodrats have probably been killed by .22 than. 25 or .38. It's capable of doing the job if you don't have anything else.

Attached: 20220911_094239.jpg (2343x2268, 1.57M)

I have the Rossi .357 lever in stainless and over it's semi-buckhorn open sights can make torso shots at 100 meters all day long.

And since it doesn't LOOK like an Evil Assault Rifle, if I ever have to use it on a human and stand trial, the jury won't likely shriek in fear and dive under their chairs when the DA holds it in the air trying to scare them into jailing my White ass.

I thought you were trolling that's a real gun lol

Hey mate, how hard will the D-licence be to get if i live in a semi-rural area (hard to explain without doxxing)

no pests in this area. I only live on an acre. I reckon it will be an absolute pain in the arse or impossible for me

Both handsome weapons, I sm not personally into guns but that is exactly the sort of thing I would consider if I went rural and had the space to shoot. Realistically even a .22 can be fine for scaring off pests of all kinds.

It's like ultimately if every white man had a couple of decent sports guns they might back down a little.

Can you get an SKS in aus? It's like a Canadian tradition to own an SKS

Shows what you know.

Pump action rifles are the fastest non semi-auto mechanism for a follow on aimed shot.

If you hunt in open country, having a second well-pkaced round means a humane kill as opposed to a long trek tracking a suffering animal.

The best rifle is the one you got, and know how to use. I know you'll make a wise decision. Just remember to get some practice in.

Attached: 20220824_195559.jpg (2343x2268, 3.57M)

The Simonov? Yes. They are the kind of thing I would be after, keep foxes and burglars away in a rural setting. Aesthetic, does the job. I don't need crazy firepower if Ijust mive my veggie garden onto a hobby farm.

You left out the part where it has to be stored at the gun range, and not in your home where you need it.

Pump action rifles aren't so bad. They can be pretty damned fun. To bad yours is shaped like a shotgun. Could have been better with wood furniture and a tube mag... and in .308...

3d print. Check out print shoot repeat on YouTube, strike up a convo and listen to them for advice.

I got confused between Australia and canada. Looks like no SKS in Aus.

All you anglobrothers are the same to me.

If home defense is your primary concern, then .308 is a bit overkill. If the foght spills outside and into WIDE open terrain, then the extra horsepower of .308 becomes justified. Another consideration is having to use the gun in the dark. The .308 is going to have considerably more muzzle flash, and that can cause issues. Overpenetration is another issue. One of the nicer aspects of .223 is it's higher propensenity to fragment into small chunks when it strikes a hard surface. You want to shoot the Abo's trying to steal your Dropbear, not the neighbor's kid while he's sleeping. I trust your judgement thought.

You can get them here just fine if just fine includes waiting ages.
