Yes, you can make butter out of human breast milk. To increase your yield you need to get the woman to consume copious amounts of animal fat (note: this is a good idea for feeding babies too). As with all milk you just put it in a container in the fridge for 12-24 hours and the cream will separate into a nice layer you can skim off with a ladle.
