Sometimes carnivore, sometimes keto, sometimes paleo. Little-to-no grains, avoid seed oils (I use lard, duck fat, goose fat, beef tallow, or coconut oil almost entirely), don't worry about fibre (meme food, no issues with bowel movements). Plenty of raw milk, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, butter, and kefir. Occasional potatoes or sweet potatoes, occasional mushrooms, occasional berries. I can go days, even weeks, on only meat and water.
I don't drink alcohol or caffeine, and I don't use marijuana, magic mushrooms, or drugs.
