Why don’t you take some time away from simping for Varg in order to study what Tradition of the Church actually entails. We worship on Sunday because it was the day Christ rose. This distinction is actually made in the Bible. The Bible itself is a product of Church Tradition. There are treatises from the literal second century that clearly outlines the beginnings of Catholic doctrine and will answer many of your questions.
However as Thomas Aquinas notes, we did adopt some things from the pagans and “sanctified” them so to speak. Like incense and candles. Also philosophy. We call Aristotle the “blessed Pagan”.
