I actually don't know this. But Ukraine is receiving NATO 'lend-lease', NATO intel and money. This is a significant contributing factor to Ukraine's defensive and offensive capabilities.

If Poland recieved the same amount of support, definitely a higher percentage of those 1.5 million troops would of been actual combatants. Russia doesnt have such amount of troops, especially when the situation desperately requires it to completely hold the front.
