Originally this was supposed to be concurrent with the earlier trial. This one is in Connecticut, the other one was in Austin. The judge here, the CT one, said that she didn't care if both trials were happening at the same time, it was Alex's problem to solve how to show up in 2 courts in 2 states. But they managed to get it pushed back.
