This is a picture from an elementary school book fair in a 99% white rural town. Is it deliberate? What's the game?

The game is called "White Privilege." The point is to show how white people benefit from a system that is stacked in their favor. This picture is a perfect example of that.

It's all day, but the school had a period today where parents can have breakfast with the kids and visit the store. Kids will be able to buy books throughout the day. Needless to say, there will be no more public school for our kids.
