Yeah we are going to collapse at some point for many reasons. The biggest reason right now is widespread election fraud and destabilizing illegal immigration. Without those two elements America could weather an economic downturn but it can't handle all three without severe societal issues.

The problem we are having here is people are not allowed to vote. Clean elections would fix everything but the increasingly deranged left understand that they will be ousted so we have to suffer through "save democracy" propaganda as they do more obscene things to "fortify" elections.

The constant threats by the radical left to use F-15s and other military means to kill "trump" supporters is an acknowledgement that they understand perfectly well elections pose a great danger to them.

It really depends on several variables.
For example, debt. Nowadays debt is a meme for the first world (not really for the third, as we just watched what happen with Sri Lanka), but what if it changes? Most European nations have many folds of their own GDP as debt. And the data was prior to memevid.
