think of what happened if they did what you propose, cut off all pension to expats: this would force all poor boomers to stay in germany, with a high cost of living, aka be forced to stay and be forced to live in poverty

Check this Indian youtuber who initially came to Germany for an internship. Saw a German girl in Hamburg train station, asked her for the time, took her email id and was talking to her through email. And finally got in a relationship with her by going on dates, and then got married to her, started an online business of bringing in more Pajeets to Germany, and all the while studying in a Master in Management program in Hamburg.
