I'm 30 yrs old and I really want to turn my life around. I have a totally defeatist mindset, I was never taught self discipline and I just feel hopeless. I'm also very unhealthy and am borderline diabetic, though I don't gain weight. So I'm not looking for weight loss tips but just some simple meals I can make for dinner and take to lunch that will hopefully correct my blood sugar and possibly my depression from what I've heard about the relationship between gut health and mental illness. Spell it out like i'm 5 becasue i'm so so far gone I honestly can't think for myself anymore, like a detailed list of simple ingredients to get when i go food shopping. Also where to find grass fed beef?
Is anyone up that wants to offer advice?
>simple meals I can make for dinner
Rice, beans, grilled chicken
You cant be taught self discipline you can only learn it for yourself by saying no to things and then not being a weak faggot. Or agreeing to something and following through on it
Torrent Tony Robbins: Personal Power 2
It's on Piratebay.
kill yourself desu
Get a full blood test to see if you have any deficiencies and try to make meal prep around those.
Actually, listen to this. It's really good.
Just eat fruit and raw nuts for lunch every day. Maybe throw in some cheese or a granola bar.
do the opposite of what this guy says
Whatever you do, you must be willing to suffer of your own volition, without complaint. In fact its a good thing. I struggled to get my own momentum going until I realized 2 of my idols, Juden B Peterstein and Aleister Crowley both insist you must suffer for what you want. I started leaning into doing work, leaning into suffering through drug withdrawal and, after giving their advice the benefit of the doubt for several months, I left my own slef-made hell behind and unironically strive for my goals, whatever workload they require.
