What this actually means, if you read between the lines, is that their Mar-a-Lago search (read: Home invasion and robbery) didn't turn up any documents that weren't already in the public domain. All documents were declassified prior to removal from the White House. The President has limitless authority to declassify any information he sees fit and the act of declassification may be written, or it may be verbal. It may also be quod erat demonstrandum i.e. the fact that the President is sharing the information with the public declassifies it under the unitary executive theory. Unitary executive theory has been upheld in Supreme Court cases in which both Nixon's and Bush's authority was challenged.
The reason they are taking DT's former aides' phones is part of a "squeeze" campaign in which individuals are harassed by the federal government, assets are frozen, and property is withheld until the individuals in question agree to sign sworn statements they know are false that attest to whatever so-called facts would get DT into the most hot water.
They need for at least two of these former aides to swear in writing that the President declassified the records with seditious intent. The case they are building involves DT's religious faith, which should never be used against someone in a free land.
The Biden FBI (if the CIA is barred from operating within the United States, why would it be a good thing for other agencies to be allowed to?) intends to make the argument that while Trump may have declassified the documents concerning what information the U.S. had concerning the Israeli nuclear weapons program, his intent in doing so was to aid Iran, something he was allegedly doing as a part of his obligation to his Islamic faith, which he kept from the American public starting in the late 1980s.

Odds are, the accusations will not stick, but the Biden people are hoping that right-wing prejudice against Muslims will cause them to turn on a man who has been charged with nothing and never can be unless and until the redacted portions of the warrant application are revealed i.e. criminal defendants have the right to review the evidence against them.
The installation of covert video monitoring by USSS agents sworn to protect the former President is something they will never allow to come to light... it makes them look guilty and not DT. Thus, the accusation of seditious intent is the only aspect of this that wouldn't be considered tainted. The fact that DT has publicly and repeatedly claimed to have declassified the documents will be used as the evidence in that case and the case concerning document mishandling will be dropped.
Even if DT was practicing Islam for 35 years, isn't that supposed to be a right in a country with religious freedom? Maybe when his brother got sick, he needed an alternative to very public AA meetings because of the need to protect his reputation as a real estate broker?

Biden wants to turn warrants based upon falsified or "secret" information into the norm. He wants to make a mockery of anyone who asserts their rights using puppets like Colbert and his inaccurate impressions. Soon, everyone will be rounded up based upon these redacted warrants. If they can do it to a former President, what chance would an average person have of fighting and winning that kind of legal battle?
