I was 5 when mate and me found a giant collection of porn in some abandoned car and hid it for months. My dad made sex jokes since I can remember. In 30s now, married to trad wife, dont smoke or drink, train 5 times a week, no criminal record or anything. Probably 11 or 12 for a general knowledge about pregnancy, stds human biology etc etc but parents should at least give the birds and talk whenever they feel comfortable doing so and prime them for sex ed, ultimately i dont see why we need to leave it up to the state to teach our children about sex especially since schools may add homosexual or whatever else to the curriculum
