Why does it seem like modern men are so weak, juvenile acting, and effeminate compared to men in the past? What are the societal and political implications of men becoming weaker while at the same time society itself demonizes men and promotes them to act in a more effeminate manner compared to how masculinity being promoted in the past but is now frowned upon?

I think that a lot of strength comes from necessity. Being strong doesn't seem to be that needed in todays world. Everything is made as easy and convenient as possible, and people are much more accepting so there is less pressure to be a certain type of man.
