Of their tank forces, there are 1300 losses confirmed visually, while Ukraine claims over 2000 Russian tanks destroyed - this is maybe 1/5th of their entire stock, and most of their regular tank forces (the ones not hidden away in storage).
What's left is conscripts from Luganda and Donbabwe mixed with a few volunteers, and they are underequipped and outnumbered (except for in artillery).
