What's the joke here? You can take literally anyone and edit them to look like a monkey. Did putin have some interaction with a monkey or profess his like of monkeys at some point? He doesn't even look like a "monkey" in this pic he looks more like a chimp or other great ape. I just don't get how this is supposed to be biting criticism of putin when it doesn't seem like pertinent to him.
Like I said, you can depict anyone like a monkey. It's like those edits of Trump being edited to look really tiny and people making fun of him for it but you could literally edit anyone to be small. Shouldn't a joke exaggerate some negative trait of the subject matter?
