Fucking retard, we already have historical examples in the Roman Empire. They get flooded by migrants and the social structure and economy implodes leading to military collapse and conquest. In the modern world it won't be bands of tribes pouring across the border but warlords popping up and smoking the central government armies or just tying down so many troops that other warlords just annex parts of the country unopposed, so many holes will get punched through the country that the central government gets outright ignored like the Western Roman Empire or Holy Roman Empire before it was dissolved for various reasons.
