It's pretty clear by now that these terror bombings have zero impact on the war effort whatsoever, they just piss off the population even more than they already are, and they do this while suffering from a missile shortage with the Ukranian army just storming through Kharkiv wiping out all their gains.
It would be more cost effective if they bombed a road that Ukranian trucks are driving down from. At least they would mildly inconvenience the truckers by making them have to swerve around a pothole.
At least E minus the donbass since it doesn't look like western aid is slowing down and Russia has no way to regenerate it's military power. Whether Ukraine will be able to retake crimea is a more difficult question with some big diplomatic implications.

It seems like Ukrainian counterattacks take turns pummeling Russian lines. Losing Kherson would be even worse than losing Izium since it's where their most elite soldiers are stationed and they would lose most of their equipment now that the ferries and bridges are out.
