You should the company I work for. We transport containers. The target is set in TEUs (20 foot equivalent unit) and not in money. The sales dept is very happy they get customers, everyone is happy we re getting orders and the logistics department is barely able to pay for petrol because all they care about is how many and now how profitable and almost everything is sold at a loss
