Even with Nukes, NATO would outlast simply due to the number of independent governments, key cities and centres of power.
Russia has Moscow and St Petersburg. Take out 10 of the most populous cities in Russia and the Siberian winter will wipe out most of Russians.

It depends how it starts. Wars in Ukraine, in Iraq, Afghanistan showed that heart and convictions matter just as much as your tech.
If NATO tries to invade Russia, they will probably lose. If Russia tries to invade Europe, Russia will lose, and badly too. Tech wise NATO has the upper hand for sure. Also unclear if China would use that opportunity to stab RU in the back and get rid of competition. China would make a big difference in that war obviously.

The reality of a proper war is that the professional military's job is to hold out until a conscript horde has been amassed.
It's likely that America could push the war into Russia's borders, however losses would be high because US military planning goes like this:
Step 1) bomb all civilian infrastructure
Step b) ????
Stage III) hang around so they can milk the budget until it becomes politically untenable
Step four) declare victory and leave
Once the bodybags start coming home in earnest, the US likely doesn't have the stomach for a real fight. They'll bully yuropians into sending their conscript levies to die instead.
This is where the tide turns in Russia's favour as 10 million overweight "sales associates" and "customer service representatives" slowly hobble towards them complaining that their feet hurt and their bags are too heavy.
The west will attempt to use the immigrant labour they've been amassing to work the factories to supply the goylems on the front lines only to discover that instead of going to work the anti-white fifth column is going to take this opportunity to loot, burn and rape while the cat is away.
