Well, if you look at the graph it says the amount thinking Russia is winning is going down. Majority thought Ukraine was winning at the beginning when they couldn’t take the major cities in the north, then a majority thought Russia was winning when they pulled back from the north and took Marioupal and towns in the Donbas and started slowing advancing on the Kharkiv front, now the amount thinking Russia is winning is going down due to the Ukrainian counteroffensives. Simple as. This chart makes sense.
