Porn and masturbation is okay, but the novelty is the real killer and that is gained through high speed porn and things like pornhub with infinite options. High speed porn has had more negative impact on the young male brain. The big thing that people don't even consider is that it sets your normal happiness to sitting in front of the computer getting your next hit and things that used to be stimulating like gardening, socialising and exercising now seem comparatively boring and even painful. An extreme version is some hard drug addicts never really recover and they get permanent depression and can't even enjoy food again (dopamine circuit is fucked). You can reset your mind from porn but it takes going cold from it for some weeks. You'll come out of it enjoying life more, enjoying music, talking to people, cooking etc. Normally mundane things will become enjoyable again.
