If plastic is the worst kind of trash, why don't EU/USA forbid coca-cola usage of plastic bottles?

wouldn't it be GREEN and shit if the use glass that can be reused?

our masonic overlords would never approve of that

glass can be broken an tiny pieces of glass could get be the drink thus in your body, it can be worse than 'muh microplastics'
plastic also can be reused
aluminium can be bad also, if you'll scrach it

Coca Cola is the government.

>he doesnt know about the soda miltiaries
>yes, plural

The goyslop industry is innoculated against all environmental issues. Feeding as many people goyslop as possible is more important to (((them))) than caring about recycling.

>*and tiny pieces
>*get into the drink
sori for mai bed ingrish

>wouldn't it be GREEN and shit if the use glass that can be reused?
of course, but in a globalized world it costs more to transport glass bottles over bigger distances.
Glass is the most ecological material of them all, when it is destroyed it literally becomes sand.

>glass can be broken an tiny pieces of glass could get be the drink thus in your body
you fucking what, mate?

no, goy. It costs ENERGY to create that glass. it's not green! you need to heat it up in a really hot furnace which spews CARBON DIOXIDE into the air to make it!

It can be a problem with for example beer bottles where the rim gets chipped, or the neck snapped/severed, and the pieces fall into the beer. It's not common, but something to keep an eye on when drinking bottled beer.

I miss gatorade in glass bottles. Everything is better put of a glass bottle.

Glass is infinitely recyclable. You either just wash it and reuse it or melt it down and reform it.

This isn't how it works. first, Coca Cola would come up with an alternative, copyright it, then the Government would ban plastics so the competition is eliminated or severely hindered.

Because we will just use the glass bottle to stab each other. Didn't you read about our violent stabbing issue. The plastic bottle is too soft for such actions.

When the fuck has that ever happened except in some idiot's gore fantasy? You'd feel the glass in your mouth.

here's your coke, sir.

I like where you're going here.
Coca cola, nestle, all of them should be using glass only.

8ball
on your gibs i can afford it

what about the petroleum / gas distillation tower needed to produce plastic?

retard, single use plastic doesn't boil down to Coca-Cola.
Open your bridge and do an accounting of all the items in the fridge, out of maybe 30 pieces of food packaged in single-use packaging, plastic is responsible for 20 of them, if you actually thought about it, you would have realised that only solution to fixing plastic is not replacement of it but creation of degradable bio-plastic.

Btw if we already have a soda thread did DR PEPPER change their formula a few years back ?

I used to love this soda when I was a child and remember it having a very complex flavor profile but now it just tastes like watered down cherry coke with a slightly medicinal flavor

Yes. And big companies like Coca cola should take the lead and ban plastics first.

Plastics doesn't mean just dead-animal material, we need bioplastics, mold based is getting developed ATM IIRC.
Also glass takes 6000 years to decompose.

>it costs more to transport glass bottles over bigger distances.
true, we should use reusable stainless steel bottles.
