I'm not a proponent of German vehicles they're over engineered plastic garbage these days. Toyotas are still good but other jap shit is questionable too. I'd never get a diesel truck unless I absolutely needed the towing torque, modern diesels are a nightmare that will put your mechanics kid through school.
