Bad things will happen. There's been a planned demolition of society. This winter will be terrible for many people due to food shortages and energy issues. Imagine if a bunch of people in Germany have their power shut off because they can't power things due to a lack of natural gas. Imagine people not being able to afford to eat because of the cost of heating their homes. It's all that and more with all kinds of other issues: crime, economic collapse, and social alienation. At any point, a country can just declare a lockdown for any reason.
