I think my phone's camera didn't pick it up clearly but in-between the teeth there are the brown spots. That's literally decayed parts, the enamel is gone and the brown/dark yellow dentin layer is exposed. So it can't be whitened, I don't know if it could be filled since it's so tiny as well.

There's also the braces comments which are legitimate, and overall I do have the biscuits and tea coloring.

Teeth are never white, they always have some colour to them even when brand new.
That colour darkens over time. It's normal.
You can make it darken way quicker with coffee and other drinks.
Brits these days have perfectly healthy teeth and gums, and Americans are the ones getting way too many dental services performed but ay at least those dodgy teeth are extremely shiny white.

Just don't eat any sugar. I stopped when teenager. Now 36 and still have all 32 teeth intact. Some have fillings but no root canals or shit like that.

go to your dentist and ask for a dental hygiene, those spots will be cleaned up all nice and smooth, if any remain the dentist will take care of it with filling, worst case youll get a crown if the tooth is too fucked, trust me I need 3 crowns at the moment, 1 implant, wear braces and pull out my wisdom teeth.

I use a Phillips One, I think it's called. It's relatively cheap at $20 and it has the slimmest profile I could find. Bought it at the grocery store.

Look it up, find a paste that has that in it and no fluoride in it.
Might take years, but the hydroxyapatite will rebuild the enamel and plug holes.

If you're currently experiencing some severe mouth pain man I am sorry to see that. Because I've dealt with it and it's one of the worst pains I've had to endure even after passing 13 kidney stones and breaking bones it's right up there with the worst of it.

Bong here, had awful teeth got braces and they turned out alright. Ours tend to be crooked but as others have said with braces actually turn out to be decent gnashers.

I don’t see the use for it. The spots that get stuck beyond what a manual brush will clean is between the teeth which is where a water flosser comes in. I still don’t understand the point of electric.

I think the big part of it is the buffing action. For just a wider kind of finish I suppose. But you're right, if you brush properly then the need for an electric toothbrush is just not there I think. That being said I do use an electric brush.
