Pretty much, far as Kharkiv Oblast is concerned. There's reports that fighting is still ongoing at Lyman, but everywhere else is basically being left to the dogs. Nobody's fighting, everyone's getting the fuck out.
News is happening too fast for liveuamap to keep up. The Kharkiv front is collapsing. Russians in Izyum are in a full rout and Kupiansk is lost. Lyman may have also been abandoned. Unconfirmed reports of Russians even further to the east mutinying or retreating.
Any *recent* animated webm of the blitzkrieg? I mean, I know that even if you guys have one made 15 minutes ago it will already be vastly outdated due to Ukrainians being unstoppable, but still better than nothing.

The BARS and Luhansk infantry are defending the forestry hut near Liman. The RF Armed Forces in this particular area fucked off in an organized retreat, no information on other neighboring areas.
I will add a little bit for myself.
If there were no stupid customs restrictions between the Republics and the Russian Federation, and it were possible to send all equipment quickly by transport companies, without delays and scandals at customs, these very BARS would have met with trouble with much more serious opportunities to provide themselves with communications and other useful things.
And if Russian customs had not delayed shipments of radio equipment from China, the situation would have been even better.
And because of the established procedure for bringing in everything "suspicious," much of what was purchased for them has still not left Moscow.

If it is true that the Russians abandoned Izyum instead of defending it, then I'm going to guess that the Russian army is in disorder along that part of the front, and that they'll call up their reserves, rush them to the front and establish a new line in late September. Say two weeks, no memery intended.

I don't believe it at all. It's so far from the main axis of attack and we've heard nothing of Ukrainian forces being nearby. Russia has only just abandoned Lyman. There won't be fighting in Lysychansk for at least a few more days. Funny how lines on a map can be so deceiving. Ukies knew Russians couldn't keep up with them and coordinate a proper counter attack so the kotel never materialised.
