Cancer always exists in all people. It only turns in to a problem when it gets beyond what the immune system can keep under control. So considering that the vax interferes with the immune system then the logical assumption is that it's not helping the cancer rates even if it might not be statistically significant causal agent. The data just isn't there to try to guess how bad it really is, and big pharma isn't going to be funding the studies anytime soon.
