Sugar isn't that bad for you and the science around diabetes etc is very shaky. The real culprit is PUFAs and Corn Syrup. Processed sugar itself is next to harmless. Almost no processed food products contain high amounts of processed sugar though. Seriously, go and do your research. It's almost completely corn syrup, not sugar.
