Am back a year later trying to finish rotations, preceptors are still bitches trying to sabotage me. I got a low grade on the midpoint for current class, very stupid comments trying to frame me. Now am on last leg, school wants me to write up contract for "improvement" its a tool that "works". I submit a couple drafts and the guy orchestrating this keeps telling me to up the stakes and to basically say the consequence is to get kicked out - because I write my "own" consequences in for my improvement plan. Please anons I feel like I'm being trapped. I have to go back to rotation site on Monday i don't have time how do i defend myself in preparation of what's to come next week? my final is due wednesday ... i feel like im going to fail this one again too because theyre trying to sabotage me pharmacy is a small world

1. deficient
2. marginal
3. proficient
4. exceptional
basically if the teacher likes you and has a good disposition of you youre a 4 in her mind and if u do something wrong you can only become a 3. but if ur like me they start you at a 3 and either u try really hard for that 4 or u fail and get that 2 for not demonstrating
