Most every customer is a shoplifter. In a kids case I would not hesitate to insult him, it might make a change. For adults, if they piss me off when I catch them, I will say something. I try my best not to give a chance for idiots to make a fool out of me.

For employees, not only do I scream and insult, normally pay them on the spot and call the cops. Been known to fire all the employees at once in retaliation too. That is why I like to keep up to date on wages. Can flush a turd at a minutes notice.
