Do you guys think the DPRK artillery sale is a nothingburger? Seems like it to me - Russians are sitting on decades worth of ammo that was not as pilfered as in other ex USSR countries. Can't see a reason why they would buy their shells. North Korean army actually joining in would glass the hohols tho.
