Japan is demographically and now financially doomed. It also faces poor prospects obtaining natural resources. Finally, its culture has stagnated and it is even struggling to produce competitive exports.
Here is the solution:
1) Japan must align with Russia financially. First, to secure energy resources in the long run. Second, to rebuild a national currency floated to a ruble peg. These actions will solve Japan's financial problems. There will remain large economic problems, but these must be solved through real work. At the very least, Japan won't face the depravities of the coming Euro crisis. A benefit will be a collapse of the zombie companies whose dollar-yen wealth will evaporate.
2) Japan must free itself from US military occupation. A natural course is to cozy up to Russia, which helps both against China. However, China must be part of the deal. Solve this by giving China some strategic breathing room. Give Misawa AB to Russia, 20 year lease (in exchange for the 3 Kurils). Make Ryukyus semi-independent, close all bases, except give Kadena to China, 10 year lease (another reason for this is Korea). After 10 years, Kadena will be bulldozed. Do not change Japan's peace constitution.
3) As the world economic order shifts, the tech/software sector will need to flow into BRICS. Japan is an ideal place for geeky tech people to be "contained" within the BRICSSJ system. Almost a natural place for them.
4) Japanese schools need to be purged of their educator class and totally replaced. Communications and emotional skills must be taught. That alone will address the more harmful elements of their culture. There is no need to intervene culturally or in the homes. Just teach Japanese students from a young age communication and conflict resolution skills the culture currently lacks. The lack of these skills, rather than only top down effects on people, is a major cause for the autistic auto-retardation in Japan.
5) Pay married stay at home mothers per child. The goal is to give them a salary better on average than what a woman could get in the market. This is the only way to keep women out of the workforce, and actually raising kids. Simultaneously, to get this money, have women go through training and become a sort of national childhood development service. When these women are older, they can go overseas and help with youth development. Force colleges to have quotas for past-childrearing age women, as an incentive to women that childhood issues don't have to be the main occupation for their entire lives, and encouraging them to start young, to finish young.
The purge of education will get out the worst of the old school "be the same, don't stand out, do what you're told" mentality. Most Japanese, although they are wrong about this, blame the education system for Japanese conformity. It is a major source of explicit pressure in that direction. With the Zombie companies dead, and the young having better communications skills, entrepreneurship should thrive. There are many Jap businessmen trying to be modern and reasonable, agile in their business. There will be low wages, austerity and labor stress, but Japan will not freeze or starve.

Freemasonry is probably how Japan is controlled. But I'm not sure how it works and if they're super committed to it. My plan for families is based. It's immune to feminism by working around it. It's uniquely suited for Japan who are autistically pragmatic and follow preset modes of life. The goal is to make babies, and little more. What I'm proposing would be very painful. It would require well paid managers to end up at McDonalds. It would require old fart executives to move to an old folks home while younger people took over. It would require lazy clerks at the Tsutaya to go work 12 hour shifts labor at a factory. But, there would be no freezing or starving and eventually the economy would recover very strongly. One reason why Japan is shit today compared to the 80s is the population of 18-35 year olds was huge in the 80s and they consumed all that good culture. There was just more energy everywhere from more youth.
