The context of the above verse is referring to how we should approach sin in the church among our fellow believers. Paul told the church in his letter that anyone found to be sinning should be rebuked. "Not my problem" doesn't apply to the church. If any church claims to represent our faith and does it badly, it is absolutely our problem. It warrants rebuke.
