Rail workers have been treated like shit, it was only a matter of time before they pushed back.

It won't matter.
Biden will step in and force a settlement, just like he did with the truckers last year.
And if not, he'll nationalize the rails and keep them moving.

Nothing ever happens.

If it happens Any truckers want to call in sick for a few weeks? Would be very cool.

us has railways?

Wait and see.

The most sophisticated freight rail network in the world. Europoors have no idea.

Fren, I've got 6 months of supplies in my house and would love to see the supply chain crash and burn, but the Any Forums mantra is right.
Nothing ever happens.

Each of the lines you see is an individual railway
Each of the black lines is a 20+ railcar coal shipment waiting to go out.
It brings a tear to my Factorio-playing eye to see this kind of logistics operation.

A Judge will impose an injunction on them so it will be illegal for them to strike. Watch and see.

For long distance yeah you're right
For short haul I think the Swiss may have us beat

Okay, this could be interesting. The vast majority of power in the US is generated by coal, and every brick of it is moved on freight trains. With the grid already mysteriously stressed to it's limits, this might lead to an actual habbening.

Oh no
A judge

Railroad is hiring?

As a railway worker, i will say we are in agreement between major unions to fuck the big carriers into the ground. Watch coal loads daily, and delivery time on your ups and amazon packages, shits gonna slow down and get bad, early warning here
