They like to sell us depression from birth. It is a societal way of saying your 'going through some shit'. In reality everyone will experience this phase at some point. Some have more will power than others. Some seek meds that at least makes them feel something different. Some seek drugs and alcohol. I think whatever works for any human is great. In most cases I have seen, there was a very good reason why people were depressed.
They were unemployed (and didn't even make good use of their freedom), they were in terrible relationships, they were letting themselves get dragged into chores that didn't have to be done and which they hated and so on and so forth.
And instead of working on the issue, which would have forced them to confront another person, they just decided the problem is some medical imbalance and that they need drugs to solve it.
This attempt to make depression a socially acceptable topic will backfire seriously, because it's taking a symptom and turning it into a cause, giving people an easy excuse to avoid solving the actual problems that are making them feel like shit.

Do fasting(any type), elimination diet, and find a happy medium, not high, not low, find the medium.
And go from there.
Fixing mindset? It's not easy. What do you mean by fixing mindset? You are born into a certain culture and you run with the expectations of the said culture. If you embrace openness you get liberalism which is where you get the trannies, freaks etc. And it's easy to fall into this hole, and if you are already mentally ill due to goyslop, you will of course accept it without questioning it.

There's no need to. Men are expendible. Know this fact well, and keep going back to it. You could die tomorrow and a few might cry and forget about you. This is true for both men and women. Do whatever you like with this fact. Funny thing is when someone is depressed and wants to suicide they party with drugs, alcohol and hookers and some realize that there's more to life than just being a retarded person who takes such easy decisions. Women are coddled, women are usually cowards so they don't take drastic measures to kill themselves, because their own biology prohibits them, so they nag others to death, mainly their husbands, and that's why men die early.
I don't think we can claim that all uses of SSRIs are placebo. That said, they are certainly overprescribed and their side effects in the average case are not commensurate with the improvement of symptoms.
