something i made at school when i got all my certs. after i mastered the soda can.
cut out polygons or squares. tig one onto a filler rod. beat the shit out of it with a hammer. repeat, until the bulb is how you want it. then weld the bulb together. now place the bulb face down on a table, welded side up. then beat the hell out of it until the welded side is round. this will also cause the petals to bend and curve around the bulb, giving it a natural flowering peel look.
use the torch to melt the STEM petals into the shape you want.
tldr; just a tig and a hammer will do the trick!
