I agree and I think it it's for people who have failed treatment/methadone over 5 times. People who are too far gone and will never get off of it and the plan is just to keep them on it at that point so they can function and get off the streets. Maybe a good idea

lmfao if you told me that whas philly without context id believe you they even dress the same. i used to hang out with a bunch of hippy types in philly and you'd often run into actual junkies. we stuck to psychedelics and mdma and other than partying on a saturday and getting some breakfast and going back to work on the week its kinda crazy how different drugs affect people. like, ive tried a lot of shit just for the sake of trying it because i was a curious college kid, but still continue to use mdma/psys once a blue moon for the right occasion and it often motivates me for self improvement. pretty much everything else just turns you into a habitual faggot and things like meth/coke, heroin/fentanyl, ethanol/benzo's just fuck you royally. i used to be addicted to amphetamine (adderall) and alcohol years ago and just quit cold turkey because i hated how much it made me into a useless faggot and ruined relationships/burnt bridges.
