i guess their whole bet is on the oil and gas price cap.

the only problem is for this to work russina needs to go along with the price cap. and it depends on China and India going along with it and China already said no. Putin said he wont export if a price cap is introduced and India wont risk it. its a shitty plan i guess but this is what they got
