apperently not. apperently in canada, a man can commit, be arrested and charged with an offence every two months for a decade, and still not face any serious time behind bars. 59 convictions.so thats after all the plea deals and acquitals, he still had a conviction every two months for a decade! many of them (over 40) involving violent crime, weapons and drugs! but this fucking animal is still seemed "safe" by the parole board to walk amongst us.
meanwhile people arrested for selling marijuana can spend 20 years trying to get a pardon so they can apply for jobs!

yeah, 59 convictions. so thats after he plea dealed a bunch away, got acquitted on others, and "diverted" on some more. and whats worse, almost all of them involve drugs, weapons and violence. including armed robbery and aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, possession of crack, meth ... you name it. ten fucking pages of criminal convictions!
The rcmp literally arrested this fucking asshole every two months of the last ten years and convicted him of another crime.
