What's your actual prediction if they indict Trump?

If the government legitimately indicts Trump, which would prevent him from running for office again and also likely see him spend at least a few days in a legitimate jail cell due to procedure, what would happen do you think?
Would anybody actually riot in the street or would Republicans just get angry on Twitter and Fox News and then go back to business as usual?

First of all because they'll have a chance to take his place and run for office themselves, secondly because they can use his imprisonment as propaganda.

Remember how the GOP elite hated trump when he was running. They bent the knee cause he was winning, but They'll see him removed just as happily.

It's not about that. In the Constitution it says you can't hold office if you were part of a rebellion or insurrection.
If he's convicted with the documents charges it will give a green light to the Jan 6th investigators to indict him as well.
When they do that he will legally be considered to have fostered a rebellion and be ineligible.
