A force capable of a few weeks of blitzkrieg in the hope that's all it's going to take and that's it. Russian commanders must be coordinating with ukraine.

First, you're using informal maps, we have no idea where the front line exactly was.

Second, most of those alleged 20 km were simply undefended or lightly defended, Russian troop concentration is quite low, they have 250000 troops max defending a huge front, and many of those are concentrated in few places.

Ukrainians made a push and those light forces ran away or were swept aside.
However gaining territory means nothing, Russians gained shitload of territory in the first month and it meant nothing because they failed to achieve their goals and they were forced to withdraw and try something else.

Same shit with Ukrainians, these are just political offensives with no clear aim or unrealistic aims. They will fail but maybe they succeed in convincing Western sponsors to send more weapons and money. That's their purpose.
