Some women just assume that they HAVE to work in order to pull their weight and that not working would make them a less desirable team member. If you give women the option to stay home and raise kids like 90% of them will jump at the opportunity. They secretly want the traditional role but feel like it’s rude to just presume they can have it because they think of it like it’s a luxury. This is why you must reinforce your position over and over. It’s because they don’t want to lose you.
Tell your women early on that it’s ok to stay home with the kids. Marry them and get them pregnant. Vote red forever.
