You can get individual discords shut down fairly easily if their behavior is egregious enough, but not the entire company because they actually do moderation. The reason kf was able to be taken down and as quickly as it was is because they housed and encouraged gathering and storing private information obtained through doxxing. And when it was made public that’s what they were doing they dug their heels in and refused to stop. If a community on discord was doing something similar, their server would just be deleted. The difference between discord and kf as I said is actual moderation is being enforced, or at least enough to keep up appearances, on discord. Once kf showed what they were doing and it was made public they had no intention of internally taking care of the stalking/doxxing/harassment campaigns rampant on the site it left the people doing business with them no other choice except to cut ties because of how poorly their behavior reflected on them by association. None of these are problems facing discord
