You know what it was? In 10th grade they made us read "The Chosen" and it remains to this day the worst book I've ever read. All about jews that book. Jewish life and imagine this, jews playing baseball.
Then after that I had a history professor in freshman year of college who was supremely Jewish. He steered us so hard into nihilism and holocaust kvetchung that I got depressed and dropped out. Years later a based Trad Catholic philosophy professor saved me from the edge of the abyss.
