yeah, this argument is massive. I've come to this conclusion myself too. Basically they just have faith in their cognitive abilities because they claim that, while it might not be the case, it's still possible for evolution to produce mechanisms that correctly react to reality, but their argument literally splatter on the ground when faced with the fact human brains produced multiple, if not infinite, version of truth, wich basically make their position inconsistent since they cannot prove wich version is the true one.
