The "self" is not the meat puppet it uses to interface within a 4-dimenional plane, but the forces which animate the whole thing come from two substances, blood and electricity, the same that gave your parent's life, and there's all the way back to creation. These are the two things are your life. You in a basic sense. You internalize external stimulus as others do but they react differently.
