I do this and it actually works. Could be different if it's too loud. I cope with it well, though.

Due to my OCD, i listen to a combination of pink, white and brown noise at all times using intra-auricular earbuds. The only moment i remove them is when i shower. My hearing is already permanently damaged kek

Had an ear infection which may have been misdiagnosed as a bacterial bs virtual infection, turned into moderate hearing loss and tinnitus. Now taking prednisone which is helping but it sucks big time.

Hopefully it gets better with time user, it’s really frustrating knowing if I caught it sooner I could have maybe had a better outcome
